Online Registration for VCIP 2020
Welcome you to the VCIP 2020 registration site. Please read the following information before you register.
1) Author Registration
(At least one author of each paper must register at normal rate on or before Oct 5) *
- Member (USD600 USD390.00)
- Non-Member (USD720 USD480.00)
- The registration of conference delegates will be conducted in two stages. Currently the registration is opened only for the Authors who need to cover their papers with full registration. The registration for other categories of delegates will be open after Oct 6.
* The current registration fees are substantially reduced due to the change of the delivery mode to virtual.
2) Cancellation policy of VCIP 2020 registration:
- Cancellations before 30 Oct. 2020 will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee
- Cancellations before 15 Nov. 2020 will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee
- No refund will be made for cancellations after 16 Nov. 2020
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows
3) Registration for non-authors and authors who have their paper covered by full registration already:
- Member (USD600 USD40.00)
- Non-Member (USD720 USD45.00)
- IEEE Life-Member (Free of charge)
- IEEE CASS VSPC TC Members (Free of charge)
- *Students (Free of charge, 100 quotas, first-come-first-serve)
* If the quotas are full, students need to register at member or non-member rate.
